Plans are billed annually. Each plan card shows the first-year price and annual renewal. Applicable taxes are additional. Recurring billing requires your agreement; any price change is communicated before the affected renewal.
Yes. Free website migration is included for compatible websites. Contact RYNIVOR with your website address and current platform so we can confirm the transfer scope. Keep your current hosting active and an independent backup until the transferred website and email have been checked.
Website backups are part of our hosting service. Ask RYNIVOR Support to confirm your service’s backup schedule, retention and recovery options. Keep an independent copy of important website files, databases and email; backups do not guarantee recovery of every change.
Open a support ticket from your customer account to track technical help and replies. Include your website address, service reference and a description of the issue. If you cannot access your account, email contact@rynivor.com. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Eligible initial RYNIVOR Cloud hosting purchases are covered for 30 days from service activation. Email your refund request within that period. The guarantee covers the hosting fee paid, excluding renewals and separately purchased services. Read the refund policy for the full terms.
Yes. Every plan includes WordPress support, free SSL and domain-based email. Your plan sets the number of email accounts, with up to 10 GB per mailbox. Domain configuration and email-sending safeguards apply.

Zenith’s unlimited SSD storage and unmetered bandwidth support normal website use. They do not mean unlimited CPU, memory, database size or email sending. Mailboxes hold 10 GB each and individual MySQL databases have a 1 GB limit. File archives, backup storage and abusive workloads are not permitted. Read our acceptable-use conditions.

A paid service is confirmed when RYNIVOR accepts the order and confirms activation. Your service confirmation includes activation and access details.
