Scope
This policy applies to hosted websites, applications, email, files and use of related services. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access. Package limits and any additional restrictions are specified in the accepted order.
Unlawful and harmful material
Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, phishing, exploitation, threats or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not distribute material you are not authorized to use. Content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse is prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
System and network security
Do not distribute malware, operate botnets, bypass access controls, steal credentials, scan or attack systems without authorization, or disrupt networks and services. Security research requires authorization from the owner of every affected system and must not endanger other customers.
Email and messaging
Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, spoof identities or operate mailing lists without appropriate permission. Honor lawful unsubscribe requests and protect recipient information. A hosting account does not grant permission to send unlimited email or bypass provider safeguards.
Resources and applications
Unlimited SSD storage and unmetered bandwidth cover normal website files and traffic. They do not cover remote file hosting, offsite backups, cloud file synchronization or bulk file distribution. Do not monopolize shared processing capacity or evade safeguards. CPU and memory are shared, not unlimited; workloads may not exceed 10% of platform processing capacity. Individual MySQL databases are limited to 1GB and each mailbox to 10GB. Unlimited mailboxes do not permit unlimited sending. Cryptocurrency mining, open proxies, gaming servers, peer-to-peer applications and unattended server daemons are not supported on shared hosting. Scheduled tasks must use the hosting control panel.
Customer data and store responsibilities
Protect personal data and obtain the permissions required for your website or store. Keep software and extensions appropriately maintained. Merchants remain responsible for product legality, payment-provider approval, customer disclosures and their own store policies. Do not place payment credentials or private customer information in publicly accessible files.
Investigations and enforcement
Where we identify credible abuse or a security threat, we may investigate and restrict affected activity. We will use proportionate action, which may include requesting remediation, limiting a feature, suspending a service or ending an agreement. Notice and an opportunity to respond will be provided where practical and lawful; urgent threats may require immediate restriction.
Reporting and review
For an active service, report suspected abuse using the contact channel provided with the service, including the affected URL, relevant timestamps and a clear description. Do not access or redistribute unlawful material to investigate it yourself. A customer may request review of a restriction with relevant evidence. Email reports to contact@rynivor.com.
Lawful requests
We may preserve or disclose relevant information when required by applicable law or a valid legal process. This policy does not authorize unrestricted monitoring or disclosure of customer content.
